The project is at an advanced stage of completion. It is located on the Sarojini Devi Road , opposite to the offices of The Deccan Chronicle, in Secunderabad, and has total built up area of 1 lakh sq. ft. A major retailer along with a bank have already signed up for leasing space and negotiations with a couple of financial institutions are at an advanced stage of finalization.
